Hi! I’m Alejandra.
For years, I followed the voices outside of me, trying to become who I was told I should be, until I eventually lost connection with myself. When I read Abby Wambach’s words, “You were never Little Red Riding Hood. You were always the Wolf,” something inside me awakened. I began listening to my inner Wolf and rebuilding my life from the inside out.
Today, I support women who long to reconnect with their true selves, gently step out of others’ expectations, and create meaningful shifts in their lives, relationships, and well-being.
My compassionate, soulful approach weaves together Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, breathwork, and grounded, practical tools that honor our inner wisdom.
